Duties : Working as part of the Night Team and within the Concierge department, this role works overnight from 10pm to 7am over two to three nights per week. Reporting directly to the Night Manager, the Night Concierge is responsible for assisting any guests with luggage, booking taxis, parking guest cars, ordering and delivering newspapers and ensuring a five star concierge service is provided overnight, amongst other tasks. Applicants : The ideal candidate will have customer care experience and be able to work within a team and alone, using initiative. As the role involves parking guest cars, a full driving licence is preferable, however The Lowry Hotel will accept CV's from people with relevant experience and no licence.
