Ingredients 1 tin baked beanz or beanz and sausage
1 red onion
4 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium size
cheddar cheese
butter or marge
Directions chop onion and tomato quite fine and put in a dish. grate some cheese into the dish and add a small blob of butter. mix together adding the beanz. microwave for 2 mins ish stiring halfway.
Notes serve with cheesey scrammbled eggs or on toast with a bit of pepper.
