Trademark and Copyright You cannot reproduce unlicensed trademarks, service marks, or logos onto printed materials and merchandise via the BeanzOnToast.com. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The owner of a trademark, service mark or logo has the exclusive use and reproduction rights. The same policy applies for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyright materials from artists, photographers, publishers, writers, composers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work. BeanzOnToast.com's policy also states that you cannot use explicit language, photographs or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall BeanzOnToast.com, or its vendors, their directors, employees or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and therefore of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the BeanzOnToast.com Shops.

Proofs A further charge may be made for additional work necessitated by author's corrections on or after the first proof. No responsibility can be accepted for any errors in proofs which may be passed by the purchaser. Charges will also be made for any preliminary work performed at the purchaser's request although not requested at the time the price was quoted.

Quantity Despatched The Company will make every effort to despatch the quantity ordered of any print item, but because of the problems in producing exact quantities, the Company reserves the right to make deliveries subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 10%. Any such tolerance will be added to or deducted from the total invoiced.

Terms of Payment Monies outstanding beyond our normal credit terms. Any account outstanding beyond your credit terms of reference will be passed out of hand to Dun and Bradstreet International Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of £20 to cover the cost incurred; such accounts will also be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining settlement. Interest charged on outstanding accounts. Due to high interest charges, a credit charge of 15% per annum will be made if the invoice is not paid by the due date. The Company reserves the right to vary the rate of interest charged. Retention of Title All goods and service/repair parts will remain the property of the Company until the price has been paid in full and the Company shall remain a bailee only until payment is made. Complaints Any complaint by the Customer relating to an invoice must be notified by the Customer to the Company in writing within 14 DAYS of date of invoice.

Claims The Company will not consider claims, including for loss or damage in transit unless the claim is made in writing and received by the Company and where appropriate the carrier within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

Delivery Costs When possible the price shown includes delivery costs. If a delivery charge has to be made due to special delivery instructions or the nature of the product the customer will be informed on receipt of the order. Each shop will publish it’s own Delivery Terms. The Stationery Shop in particular may need to use a minimum order level to achieve Free Delivery.

Delivery Terms Delivery times will vary depending on the products purchased. Some products are sold off the shelf and our aim for these items is for next day delivery. These will include some products from the Rubber Stamp Shop such as Daters, Inkpads etc. and most items from the Stationery Shop. In our print Shops, as all the products of course are made to order delivery dates will vary. For more details please check the delivery details of the individual Shops.

Liability of Infringement All delivery dates are estimates only, and the Company will not accept liability to any loss, whether direct or indirect arising from non-delivery or delay in delivery of any goods because of war, strikes, lock-outs, flood, acts of God, Government restrictions, non-availability of materials or any other cause.

Use of Customers Blocks and Materials Any property supplied to the Company by a purchaser is supplied at the purchaser's risk. Also, the Company cannot be held liable for any imperfect work which may result from the use of materials supplied by the purchaser.

Contracts Where a Contract has been made covering delivery by instalments, each separate instalment shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate Contract and the purchaser will not be allowed to repudiate the Contract because of the delay or non-delivery of any instalment. If the purchaser shall commit any breach of these conditions or is unable to pay the Company for goods supplied or suspends payment, the Company may forthwith cancel all outstanding Contracts with the purchaser without any claim for compensation by the purchaser.

Damage Limitation The liability of the Company in any claim for damages made under a Contract, including any claim for consequential loss shall not exceed the total invoiced value of the goods supplied under that Contract.

English Law Any Contract made between the Company and a purchaser shall be deemed to be made under English Law and the purchaser agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
